- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst doctors & receptionists in the Schertz/ San Antonio area. No one ever answers the phone show up to the office and the receptionists are sitting on their phone. The doctors take a min. 30min. to see After you have been sitting in the patient room. Our primary pediatrician left this office and moved outta town, gave them 3 months notice, they yet to still have a replacement for her. That should have been more than ample time to find a replacement Dr. rather than a P.A. That really didn't know much more than to recommend over the counter advice. Ask them for some help and the send you a note a couple weeks later informing you they will no longer accept your child. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!June 27, 2017by Austin John
