- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I really, really like this doctor. She is real, down to earth, and cares. I have seen her four times now for thyroid nodules and it was scary at first, thinking I might have cancer. She was quick to reassure me to not go there yet. And even it if was cancer, thyroid cancer is one of the most curable. She also now treats me for my diabetes. The office was professional yet caring. I will continue to use Dr. Akright as long as I am able to and I would highly recommend her and her office.July 03, 2017by Anj Osborn
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪worst endocrinologist ever, be ready to wait at least two hours before you see the doctor, once she gets to the room, she spends 5 minutes with you and her assistant comes in, if you have to leave a message, do not expect a call back, Sheryl or Ashley will never call you back, you have to keep calling till you get the answer, by the way, the doctor will never call you, I usually make my appointments at 9:15 AM so I can be the first patient well the Dr. Akright does not come to the office till 10:00 am, so take a bunch of magazines or if you take like to browse the media in your phone take your charger because once the doctor walks in, she still takes her time to review files and run other procedures in the office. All I have to say is that your time is worth it too, and Dr. Akright or her staff don't seem to care about it, and besides the cares she provides is not the best.February 11, 2017by laura mia
