  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience from start to finish. We chose TSO because they carried a specific type of frame that we wanted for our 4 year old. When my husband went in to get the classes they gave him several incorrect prices because they weren't verifying the insurance correctly. Then they said 7-10 business for the glasses. A full three weeks later and after many numerous phone calls, the glasses are ready for pickup. We realized when we got home that they were not transitioning correctly and we paid an extra $100 for transitions. They were also supposed to be scratch resistant and both lenses were scratched in the first two days. They had to be returned and we were told that the lenses would be replaced with new transition lenses, but would take another 7-10 business days. Once again, a full 3 weeks later we are having to call every day and are getting different answers like, "oh, we have the new lenses, they just need to be cut and fit". When my husband goes to pick them up, lo and behold, they are the SAME SCRATCHED LENSES. All of a sudden they refused to replace their mistakes unless we use the one-time replacement plan. After much arguing, they finally agree to replace the lenses, but they still won't transition correctly. At this point, we are told there is nothing they will do. They will not correctly re-treat them or refund our money. A total of 6 weeks wasted trying to get my son his glasses we he should have been wearing them. Fast forward a week later and my son is at his 3 month follow up with the optometrist (not at TSO) and she tells us that they prescription in the lenses is incorrect. Not slightly, WAY OFF. Not even close. Doc had to rewrite the prescription with the notations on the actual reads vs the script and, once again, we are going BACK to have them re-done. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

  This is the best Optometrist office visit that I have ever had. Dr. Williamson is incredibly knowledgeable and her explanation regarding my exam results were clearly explained. The staff was very welcoming from the time I approached the front door through the entire end of the visit. Greeted by the fantastic smile and quick check-in from Andrea, followed by Monica's screening, who's cheerfully-bright personality is the perfect fit, and finished by Andrea generating and Shandi delivering my doctor’s note for work. I look forward to my next visit and will definitely refer friends and family to this practice.
